Join Haily for Boundaries for Freedom, a discussion and all levels yoga flow exploring the importance of boundary setting. In order to feel free we need to have and respect these limits, and let things unfold in a thoughtful and safe way. Without boundaries, we give everything away and can become depleted, so let’s practice structure and feel spacious in all aspects of life. In this workshop you will:
explore your personal boundaries
refine alignment in your yoga postures, for optimal space in the body
practice a yoga flow for awareness, strength and opening
Creating structure gives us more space to play, so come take ownership of your edges and find the ultimate sense of freedom. All levels welcome, class is unheated.
